The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies Review Blog

Hi Everyone! 🙂

Sorry for the delay in releasing this review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.

I saw the final part of the trilogy on the 23rd January 2015 at the Odeon Cinema in Uxbridge, London. I wanted to watch it in 3D when it came out in December 2014 but was busy.

Even when it was in a normal screening the film was action packed and interesting to watch. I loved the battle scenes and there was some light comedy to relieve the tension.

The story plot was good but still the deaths weren’t exactly to the book and certain parts did not exist (ahem Tauriel). I have enjoyed all the characters in this Trilogy including the Dwarves, The Wood Elves, Bilbo Baggins and Gandalf the Grey.

But this was a nice finish to the trilogy and Peter Jackson’s take on Middle Earth. I hope to watch all the films and a  marathon of it one day.

I give this film a 8 out of 10.

Here are a couple of clips:

Hope you all enjoyed reading the review and here are the previous reviews of the Trilogy:
